Terms of Service Agreement

1. Limitations

• This offer is limited to one (1) per company.

• The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.

• The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

2. Offer Details

Design & Customization
• This offer applies only to the garments specifically outlined in the promotion description.

• Each garment will feature one (1) logo printed on the left chest and full back.

• Printing for sample garments will be in black ink.

• This offer is valid only for sizes S-2XL

• Note: Because we fit these free kits into our normal production schedule, production times may vary.

Production
• The customer must approve the artwork before production can commence. A digital design proof will be sent to the customer for review and approval. Production will only begin once the customer has provided written approval.

• The standard production time is 10-15 business days, subject to change based on garment availability and approval timelines.

Shipping & Handling
• Free pickup, delivery, and shipping services are available. This offer includes free shipping exclusively within the continental United States.

3. Indemnification
By submitting your logo for use under this offer, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaizink, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the logo in violation of these Terms and Conditions;

• Any breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations under these Terms and Conditions;

• Any third-party claims, including, but not limited to, claims related to copyright, trademark infringement, defamation, or intellectual property violations, related to your use of the logo.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of your right to use the logo.

4. Modification and Termination of Offer
Kaizink reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms of this offer will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.

5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Kaizink is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
